We are here because we love you and care about you. We would like to get to know you, help you and encourage you in any way we can. We are from Churches in Saffron Walden and are here to serve you.
Most importantly we want you to meet with the living God.
You see you are a very special person and God loves you and He wants you to know Him.
However, all the bad and wrong things you have said and done, ignoring God and going your own way separate you from Him. These things are called sin.
God does not want this to go on for one moment longer. He has made a way to forgive you for everything that you have ever said or done wrong. He has made it possible for you to have a brand new start with a brand new life filled with love, joy and peace with Him.
You see, God loves you so much that He gave His only Son Jesus Christ. He lived on earth and showed the world the love of God and His Way of living but He was betrayed and sentenced to death on a cross. He suffered and died an agonising death on the cross to take the punishment and blame that you deserve. Because God is a Holy and Just God, sin has to be judged and God say’s in His Word, the Bible, that the wages of sin is death. So Jesus died in your place and went to Hell so that you don’t have to.
